Ducted · Multi-level
Bondi penthouse, 12-zone ducted retrofit
A 1920s apartment block with a heritage shell, restricted roof void and body-corporate rules that ruled out almost every standard outdoor unit. We designed a concealed split-system layout running line sets through existing service cavities, capped the outdoor units with marine-grade coatings, and delivered the whole thing without a single visible penetration on the harbour-facing facade.

3.5 kW quiet-series install
Compact coastal-spec split for a beachfront apartment. Concealed line set through an existing bulkhead — no visible pipework from the balcony.
Mosman
8-zone ducted retrofit
Full ducted design through a 1930s home with a solid roof and no existing cavity. Bulkhead mounting, architectural diffusers, whole-home zoning.
Newtown
Terrace multi-head, 3 rooms
Wall-mounted condenser into a 90 cm side-return with restricted airflow. Two indoor heads up, one down — zoning via the manufacturer app.
Parramatta CBD
Office VRF, 4 cassettes
After-hours install to avoid disrupting trading. Four ceiling cassettes, single outdoor bank on the roof, per-zone billing controls.
Chatswood
Strata-approved split install
Heritage building, body-corporate noise limits and no exterior penetrations allowed. Sub-48 dB outdoor unit, rubber-isolated plinth, fully documented for the strata file.
Cronulla
Coastal-spec swap-out
Replaced a six-year-old standard condenser that had rusted through in the salt-spray zone. Marine-grade coatings and non-ferrous brackets this time.
Penrith
West-facing heat load, 6 zones
Single-brick home with a full west-facing wall of glazing. Sized 20% above the coastal equivalent, zoning front and rear separately.
Blacktown
Emergency compressor replacement
Called at 8am on a 41° day, back online before lunch. New compressor, fresh drier, nitrogen pressure test and full regas by weight.
Manly
Annual service, 3-system plan
Filter wash, coil clean, gas pressure check and condensate flush across three systems. Photo report and digital service log delivered same day.

Line set run true, vacuum pulled to spec, gas charged by weight. Commissioned in front of you.
